Deborah Ann “Debbie” Cropper, 67, of Flemingsburg, passed away Monday, November 27, 2017, at her residence.

Born August 13, 1950, in Mason County, Debbie was the daughter of the late Clyde T. Buchanan. She was raised by her late grandparents, Alford and Mary Buchanan.

Debbie was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and mother-in-law. She loved cooking for her family, decorating for Christmas, taking trips to Pigeon Forge and going to gun shows. She especially enjoyed taking care of the guys at Cropper Automotive where she kept things together. For 20 years, Debbie worked for Peoples Bank in Flemingsburg, serving as a Vice President. She had previously worked for U. S. Shoe in Flemingsburg.

She is survived by her husband of 50 years, James Robert “Bob” Cropper; her sons, David Cropper and wife Patty, and Rob Cropper; her grandchildren, Cory Cropper and wife Angelica, Savanah Martin and husband Zack, Shaylah Englert and husband Robert, Blake Copper and Kaitlyn, and Bradley Cropper. Her great grandchildren surviving her include Nate Ruark, Jett Martin, Harper Flannery, Jacie Englert, Laken Martin, Archer Englert, Chip Englert, Lincoln Cropper and Walker Cropper. She is also survived by her brother, Larry Buchanan and wife Rosemary.
