Deborah Ann Blair, 59, passed away, Thursday, May 23, 2013, at her residence in Muncie, following an extended illness. She was born October 10, 1953, in Muncie, the daughter of Earl H. and Clona (Bell) Black, attended Muncie schools and graduated from Muncie Central High School in 1971.
Mrs. Blair was a department manager at K-Mart South for more than twenty-two years and had been employed at Black and Company Jewelers and Ashcraft Jewelers.
Surviving are her husband, Duane Blair; her daughter, Michelle D.
Rev. James Ronald Black, (wife, Linda), Muncie, Larry D. Black, (wife, Caye), Bell Brook, Ohio, and Tony R. Black, (wife, Deanna), Muncie; and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her father, Earl H. Black, who died in 2011.
