Debbie was born in Ogden, Utah to Leland N Welsh and Beatrice May Welsh on May 24, 1957. Debbie loved spending time with her grandkids any chance she had. She also loved traveling; mostly road trips, to visit family, go on vacation, or just to take a drive. She also loved to cook, especially her famous applesauce cookies. Another of her passions were crafts, everything from plastic canvas to Swedish weaving. She is survived by her father, Leland N Welsh, brothers; Chuck Welsh and Keith Welsh, son Spenser (Barbra), Brian, Brittany (Alex), Crystal, Andrew, Spencer, Steven, and Chad. She was preceded in death by her mother Beatrice, brother Pete, sister Tina, aunt Edna and her cousin Tricia.
