Deandre “Elway” Lee Abrams affectionately called “Elway” by family and friends was born on January 20, 1987, in Denver, Colorado to his parents, Jacqueline M. Abrams, and Darrell Jones. He was the second child born in the family. He was raised surrounded by his sisters, Jamika, Talisa, and his step-brother, Christopher. As a child, he is remembered as a little daredevil. He loved flipping off buildings and cars. He loved playing sports which included basketball, football, and baseball.
Deandre received his formal education in Denver where he graduated from Manual High School in 2005. In 2010, Deandre and Paris Landrum began chatting, and on April 25, 2015, Deandre proposed to Paris in Denver, Colorado. She remembers his laughs and his love. To this union, a daughter, named Za’Riya Nevaeh Abrams was born.
He was also the proud father of two other daughters, Aziya and Aniza. Deandra enjoyed teaching them to dress, always making them laugh, the family trips to California and Las Vegas. He also loved teaching them how to flip and building forts out of covers.
By profession, Deandre was a Business Entrepreneur and he worked in Construction. He was the type of man who didn’t mind working hard. When he set his mind to any goal or objective, he stuck with until it was completed.
