Dean F. Johnson, 82, of Northglenn, Colorado, passed away April 15, 2017. He was born June 28, 1934 in Clay Center, Kansas to Edwin and Mildred (Limbach) Johnson. Dean graduated in 1952 from Hayden High School in Topeka, Kansas and then married his high school sweetheart, Lorraine (Heise) Johnson. Dean honorably served in the US Army for two years as a Military Policeman in San Antonio, Texas. He was employed at the Denver Post as a pressman for 32 years where he was fondly known by his nickname, “Strawberry”. He was also a member of the Northglenn Elks.
