Dawne Elizabeth Bruyn, 77, of New Carlisle, Indiana passed away on Wednesday, December 23, 2020 at Memorial Hospital of South Bend. She was born on January 11, 1943 in Chicago, Illinois, to the late Charles and Mary Beth (Kelly) Rinehart. She was married to John Bruyn, who preceded her in death. Dawne is survived by one daughter, Deborah (William) Raby of New Carlisle, Indiana; two sons, Eugene Klusacek of Michigan City, Indiana, David Dircks of South Bend, Indiana; six grandchildren, Kayleigh McKay, Amanda Kusacek, Alissa, Steven and Bryan Raby, David Dircks, Jr.; several great-grandchildren; and two nieces, Karen Pettit and Dawne Lybarker.
She always had a smile for everyone. She loved her family and friends.
At this time no services are planned. Dawne will be buried in Galena, Illinois at a later date.
