Dawn Nancy Kelley Frazier, 81
Dawn Nancy Kelley Frazier went to her Heavenly Home on June 10, 2021. She was born on September 28, 1939, in Stamford, Connecticut to Lawrence James Kelley and Helen Mary Lee (Smith).
Dawn moved to Okeechobee, Florida in 1967 to start a business in the dairy industry with her first husband, Murphy White. Dawn has lived in Okeechobee for most of her adult life. Dawn worked for the state of Florida for over 30 years and she continued her service with The Fred Brown Children’s Clinic for over ten years. Dawn was a civil servant to the community.
She was preceded in death by both of her parents; brother, Lawrence James Kelley; stepfather, Clark Lee; and her precious granddaughter, Rebekah Jane Bishop Prescott.
Dawn is survived by her husband, James Frazier of Okeechobee; daughters, Leslie Beth White (Bea) of Gainesville, Fla. and Janet White Bishop (Perry) of Okeechobee, Fla.; one son, Paul Murphy White, Jr. (Leslie) of Hartsville, South Carolina; sister, Alice Ann Darrow of Tallahassee, Florida; stepchildren, Lisa Reyes (Martine) of Ft. Pierce, Florida and Steven White (Crystal) of Okeechobee, Florida; five grandchildren, Sarah, Hamilton, Hannah, Jordan, Tucker; and ten great-grandchildren; sister-in-law, Pat Kelley; nieces, Lauren and Shana all of Central Florida.
Dawn also had a lot of friends she considered family. She was an awesome, wife, mother, grandmother, coworker, and friend who will be missed dearly.
