Dawn Clendenen 45, of Webster City, died Monday December 11, 2017, at her home. The daughter of Michael Kadera and Sara Chamberlin, Dawn was born September 24, 1972 in Cedar Rapids. Dawn recently lived in the Stratford and Webster City areas. She married Scott Clendenen April 7, 2010 in Las Vegas, Nevada.
Dawn’s hobbies included anything that could be done outdoors. She loved fishing and mushroom hunting with Scott. She even went deer hunting once but was unable to shoot the deer. She loved her kids, but she really loved her grandchildren. Any time she could spend with her grandchildren, she cherished. Dawn also loved the Disney character Mickey Mouse and collected everything Mickey Mouse.
Dawn loved to travel but in light of her health problems she was unable to travel as much as she wanted. Recently, she had travelled to Tennessee to be reunited with her sister.
Those preceding Dawn in death are her father Michael Kadera and her mother Sara Chamberlin.
Dawn will be forever missed by her family, Her husband Scott Clendenen, her step-father Clark Benson, her daughter and son-in-law Leslie and Justin Willson, her two sons Corby Runge of Manchester, Iowa and Zach Kadera of Grand Junction of Grand Junction, Colorado, her grandchildren Ariana Marsh, Landon Willson, Baylee Willson, Evan Willson, her four step children Cassandra, Scott, James, and Brice Clendenen, her 14 step grandchildren, her brothers and sisters-in law, Scotty and Tessa Chamberlin of Stratford, Iowa and Eddie and Melissa Chamberlin of Pigeon Falls, Wisconsin, Chris and Jeff Kadera of Haw River, North Carolina, and Dana and Mickey Thompson of Martin, Tennessee, her many good neighbors and friends.
