Davis Nelson Gorman, 52, of Clarksburg passed away Sunday, October 2, 2011 at Ruby Memorial Hospital following an extended illness. He was born in Newport Beach, CA on September 11, 1959 the son of Martha Louise Antone Gorman and the late Spencer W. Gorman, Sr. In addition to his mother he is survived by three children; Christine M. Gorman and fiancée Raymond B. Hartley of Lost Creek, Tina N. Gorman of Clarksburg and Chad D. Gorman of West Milford; two grandchildren; Renae N. Hartley of Lost Creek and Caylee A. Hartley of Lost Creek; three brothers; Spencer W. Gorman, Jr. and Ms. Jerry L. Green of Clarksburg, Thomas E. Gorman of Clarksburg, Shawn L. Gorman and wife Cathleen of Salem and one sister; Lois A. Harrison and husband Greg of Weston and several nieces and nephews. Mr. Gorman was self employed as a carpet layer. He liked to play darts and play pool, he also enjoyed fishing. He always knew how to make people laugh, and he will be deeply missed by all of his friends and family. Mr. Gorman will be cremated at his request.
