Davida M. Leshock, 99, of Greensburg died Saturday, April 8, 2017, at Redstone Highlands, Greensburg.  She was born in Greensburg on March 5, 1918, a daughter of the late Julius and Bessie Monskie. She was a member of the First Christian Church, Greensburg.  Davida loved and cared for her family as a devoted mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother.  She was very social, and she loved being around and meeting new people.  She enjoyed playing cards with her family and her friends.  In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Joseph “Beanie” Leshock in 1999; her son, David L. Leshock; and other family members: Robert, Edward, and Phyllis Monskie, Lorraine Damato, and Anne Bentz.   She is survived by her sons, James Leshock (Carolyn) of Charlotte, NC, and Dennis Leshock (Carol S.) of Greensburg; her daughters, Phyllis Shearer (Joseph) of Greensburg and Lorraine Attenberger (Raymond) of Newark, DE; 13 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren; family member, Virginia Woodward; and  daughter-in-law Carol J. Leshock.
