David Wayne Garner, 65, of Centralia, passed away Monday, May 17, 2021.
He was born May 25, 1955 in Centralia, the son of Nollie Franklin Garner, Jr. and Bernice J. (Ring) Garner.
In addition to his father, Nollie Garner, Jr. of Pana, he is also survived by his son: David A. Garner and girlfriend Lucy Mowry of Centralia; a sister: Debra Miller and husband Jack of Taylorville; a brother: Alan Douglas Garner of Centralia; a niece: Tina Miller of Park Forest; an aunt: Ida Cheney of Twin City, Georgia; and several cousins.
David was preceded in death by his mother.
David served in the U.S. Army. He was an avid NASCAR fan; he enjoyed watching sports and fishing.
