David T.Capps, Sr 75 ofHertford,NC died Dec. 5, 2015.
He was the son of the late Annie and Earl Capps and husband of Patricia A. Dockrey Cappsfor twenty years. He served in the Navy and retired from NNSY. A very active member of New Hope United Methodist Church.
Beside his wife he is survived by two daughters and three sons including David T. Capps Jr.(Pamela) of Claypool, IN);a brother and a sister;thirteen grandchildren and fourteen great grandchildren; locally brother-in law John A. Dockrey(Marcella),two sister-in-laws Linda K Hoerliing and Freda E. Dockrey of Alexandria, IN plus several nieces and nephews.
