David Etheridge Summers, age 63, of Valley, died on April 25 at his residence after a long illness.
He was born in Norfolk, Virginia on September 6, 1951. He grew up in West Point, Georgia and attended West Point Public Schools. David spent most of his working life on the West Coast and retired to the Valley 25 years ago. He is survived by his parents Carl and Jessie Summers, his wife Penny Teague, his sons Joel Wall, Damien Teague and Levi Teague and granddaughters Jodi McConnell, Brynlee Teague, and Laila Teague.
