Mr. Ferry was a great father to his son David and a wonderful role model for his step children and grandchildren. He had a very happy marriage to Jeanne Boudreaux for 32 years and a loving wife Mickey for 33 more years when he inherited five more children and many more grandchildren. He was a loving grandfather. He was blessed in his last years with loving care from his family and a special thanks to Melanie for her love and care.
David was a very successful business man. He started his career with Great Western Railroad selling freight then ventured off into his own business which provided various types of water for many different industries. He sold his business in the 90’s to retire and travel the world with his loving wife.
David, also known as Pop was an incredibly generous and loving gentleman. He always had a way of putting smiles on people’s faces. Whether it was a song he learned in WWII or one of his many jokes. He was a fantastic dancer and always the life of the party.
Most important, David was a very religious and devout Catholic with a special devotion to Mary, the Blessed Mother.
We are all very lucky to have been blessed with his presence here on earth and look forward to the day we all meet again.
God Bless you David and we all miss you very much.
