David R. Shadix, age 67, of Pell City, AL and former resident of Pinson and Cullman passed away on Sunday, January 25, 2015. David was a graduate of Banks High School and Jefferson State. He was a member of 1st Baptist Church of Pell City. David retired from Heritage Sales after 25 years of service. He was a hard worker who enjoyed Alabama football and spending time with his family, but especially his grandchildren. David is survived by his loving wife of 46 years, Mary “Crickett” Shadix; sons, Brett Shadix (Gail) and Clay Shadix (Erin); brother Jerry Shadix; grandchildren, Katie Grace and Brady James Shadix.
