David “Shad” Millner, 56, of Centralia, passed away Thursday, May 21, 2020, in his home, after a long battle with cancer. David was born July 6, 1963, the son of Robert and Geneva Millner.
Along with his parents: Robert and Geneva Millner of Centralia, David leaves behind a sister: Sondra Pickett and her husband Wade; a nephew: Josh Millner; and three great-nephews: Aiden, Mason, and Kreed Millner.
