GROVELAND – David S. Crook, 63, of Groveland passed away on Friday, April 10, 2015 at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center with his loving family by his side.
He was born in Haverhill on March 5, 1952, son of Dr. Douglas V. Crook and Lori Wagner Crook.
He graduated from Pentucket Regional High school, class of 1970. He continued his education at the Tilton School and went on to earn a bachelor’s degree from New England College, class of 1975. He spent most of his professional career as a commercial bus salesman in the New England area. He was well respected in his industry and made many profound friendships with his colleagues over the years. He was also a member of the Haverhill Exchange Club and president from 1979 to 1980.
He was a selfless, sincere man and a dedicated father. He was always so proud of his three sons and had a significant impact on many of their friends, as well.
Whether it was listening to old records or going to concerts, David thoroughly enjoyed music. As a motorcycle enthusiast, David competitively raced motocross in his early years and enjoyed cruisin’ on his Harley later in life. Riding was always one of his greatest passions.
