David Ray Roop, 65, of Greenwood, passed away Friday May 27, 2016 in Greenwood.
David was born on January 11, 1951 in Troy, Ohio to the late Irvin L. and Marry E. (Garwood) Roop.
He was employed with High Voltage Maintenance Company in Indiana for 10 years.
David enjoyed horses and grew up with his twin brother, Dan, raising and riding horses. He was employed one time at a horse farm. He also enjoyed fishing, yard and garage sales and tinkering with small engines.
He is survived by two sisters, Cindy (John) Fourman and Suzie (Ken) Overholser both of Ohio, and three brothers, Dan (Janet) Roop, Kenny Roop and Mike Roop all of Ohio.
