David left his mortal life on June 9, 2022. His life was full of love & craziness. Born in Kenosha, Wisconsin on January 13, 1953, to Anthony Misurelli & Dorothy Watts. He spent his childhood with his friends and family.

He moved to Colorado in the 80s where his life began when he met the love of his life, Regina (Miller) Misurelli. They were wed on July 19, 1986, and started their family. In 1991 Dave, Regina, and their 3 kids moved to Canon City, where the famous Big Burger World was bought. Dave was a butcher for many years and retired in 2010 from the CC&V gold mine as a lab assayer. His love for the great outdoors, music, CB radios, and his family is how he would love to be remembered. When he was younger if he wasn’t working you couldn’t get him out of the woods, whether it be fishing or hunting, his heart was always there. He was very proud to always cater his son’s football dinners and took great pride in saying “that there is my boy,” (DJ and Tony).

Dave is survived by his mom, Dorothy Watts; his loving wife of almost 36 years, Regina; his kids, DJ (Melissa) Misurelli, Kirby (Robert) Eacker, and Tony (Zina) Misurelli; his 10 beautiful grandkids, Keira, Lily, Kyrah, Hailee, Zoey, Roman, James, Emilee, Ezra, and Hazel; his 2 amazing sisters, Julie Newhouse and Michelle (Jim) Loeber; many nieces, nephews, cousins, and brothers and sisters-in-law; his CB buddies, Waterstomper and Buzz; as well as many good friends, Stan Rhodes, Joe Martinez, and Daniel (Cora) Schliesser.
