Barkhamsted: David N. Moore, 86, of Horseshoe Circle, died suddenly Wednesday, June 4, 2008, at Charolette Hungerford Hospital in Torrington. He was the husband of Doris (Brower) Moore. Born in Winsted, June 14, 1921, son of the late Frederick N. and Martha (Tiffany) Moore, he had spent several years in the New Canaan-Ridgefield area before moving back to the Barkhamsted-Winsted area after retirement. Prior to his retirement, he had been a self employed carpenter.
