Miller, David W. of Beacon, formerly of San Diego, CA. entered into rest Friday, December 9, 2016 at Hudson Valley Rehab, Highland. He was 77. Born in Beacon on February 17, 1939 he was the son of the late Peter C. and Nellie Mae Williams Miller. David was a retired Air Force Veteran serving from Jan. 1956 to June 1976 as a Staff Sergeant. Survivors include: two sons: Scott Miller and Stephen Miller of Elcahone, CA., two brothers, Peter and John MIller of Beacon, two sisters, Nancy Miller of Nashville, TN., and Betty Ann Durlacher of Beacon, as well as several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his wife Jeanette who predeceased him July 23, 2007, his daughter, Michelle Hawes, a sister Paula Carmen & a brother Donald Miller, a sister, Mary Stern of Zephyrhills, FL., an Aunt Catherine Copolla of FL.
