(1962-2022) Davy’s life was lost on June 8, 2022 in a workplace accident whileworking a high-security facility in Chestnut Hill is the son of David C. McConnell Sr. and L. Jane McConnell will be sadly missed by his father David Sr., his sister Rochelle McConnell, ahalf brother from CT, a half sister from Plymouth, Uncle Jim Eangermann ofBoston, Aunt Sandi of NYC, Cousins Phebe and Lucy Ball of VT, and the Walkerfamily of MD., and roommate Val Massey and many friends from Revere MA. AndALL his pets: King Louie (6ft Iguana) Hercules ( 8ft Python) Joe (40 lb. tortoise)that were donated by Davy to animal sanctuary’s in the New England area andvisited frequently.(1969-1979) Davy held the rank of Black Belt and was a World Champion MartialArts fighter while attending high school in Wareham MA. Davy studied at theDragon Horse Karate Academy which is owned by his father David Sr. (DRAGONHORSE) who holds the GOJU rank of Master 10 th Dan. Davy’s GOJU karate nameis: THE retiring from competition Davy joined the US served (1) tour in Germany and earned the rank of E8 Master Sergeant. Hereenlisted and began a 2 nd tour in San Diego returned home to MA and started his Security career that totaled 20+ yrs andheld licenses for Land, Sea and Bonded Security clearance area’s which earned himthe Security title of Supervisor or highest ranking Security officer on the sight was awarded the “SHARP SHOOTER” medal of honor badge by the USArmy. And he enjoyed very much showing his dad and sister Rochelle, hisincredible shooting skills at his fathers Rod & Gun Club in Plymouth MA.Rochelle and Davy had plans to retire together, so Rochelle introduced her littlebrother to her Mustang Brothers who race at the N.E. Speedway in Epping fell in love with the New England Speedway and made sure he was with his bigsister whenever she attended.
