David Manuel Ortiz, loving son, caring brother, and devoted father, passed away suddenly at the age of 40, on October 19, 2021. David was born August 12, 1981, on Eglin Air Force Base to Manuel and Carmen Ortiz. He graduated from Choctawhatchee High School in Fort Walton Beach, Florida. David is survived by his daughters, Sophia Ortiz & Carmen Ortiz (Samantha); father, Manuel Ortiz; sisters, Elizabeth Ortiz & Rachel Ortiz; nephew, William M. Agerton; and nieces, Hannah Bagby, Elaine Bagby, Isabella Bagby. He is preceded in death by his mother, Carmen Ortiz.
