David Lynn Moser, 62, of Huntertown, passed away on April 18, 2022, at Franciscan Health Hospital in Rensselaer, IN. He was born on August 20, 1959, in Adams County, to Loren and Grace (Liechty) Moser. On June 8, 1985, he married Amy L. Fuller in Uniondale, IN.

He graduated from South Adams High School in 1977. After high school, he attended Huntington College and he earned his master’s degree from Saint Francis College. David competed in the hunter/jumper circuits for many years. He enjoyed cooking, gardening, traveling, and mostly his family. He attended Covenant United Methodist Church.

David was the sales manager at Bob Rohrman Subaru for eleven years. He received the Love Promise Award and Community Commitment Award.

David was a leader and instrumental in the Subaru to the Rescue Initiative that took place three years ago, resulting in the rescue of 78 dogs and cats from a no kill shelter in Texas. His wife Amy was his partner in this excursion along with countless volunteers from Humane Fort Wayne.

David is survived by his wife, Amy L. Moser of 37 years; his daughter, Heather (Greg) Krempel; his son, Sean D. Moser; two grandchildren, Emma Grace and Hope Elizabeth Krempel; his mother, Grace (Liechty) Moser; his sister, Rebecca Boswell.

He was preceded in death by his father, Loren Moser and his brother, Douglas Moser.
