David Lynn Martin, 62, of Louisburg, NC passed away peacefully in his home Monday November 14, 2022. He grew up in Danville, VA and was a graduate of Virginia Tech. After 36 wonderful years of service he retired from Bridgestone Bandag.
Growing up David was very active in sports and has continued to enjoy golf with his life long friends. He is a very caring person and a devoted husband who enjoyed building and working on his horse farm with his wife.
David is proceeded in death by his father James “Jim” Allison Martin, mother Dorothy Jean Martin, and brother James “Jamie” Alan Martin. He is survived by his wife Susan Martin, step mother Catherine Martin and step sisters Tammy Fallen, Tracy Shaw and husband Brent.
