David was also a member of Clopper-Michael Post #10 American Legion in Boonsboro, MD and IORM Tribe #155 of Boonsboro, MD.
He is survived by his sisters Mary Butts of Chambersburg, PA, Shirley Happ of Frederick, MD, Betty Lou Kunz of Frederick, MD, and Mary Sue Hamilton of Hagerstown, MD; brothers Larry Baker of Keedysville, MD and Gary Baker of Sharpsburg, MD; numerous nieces and nephews.
He was predeceased by his sisters Betty Barrett and Loretta Stottlemyer; brothers Eugene Baker, Willis Baker, Lawrence Baker, and Franklin Baker.
