David Lawrence Byrne, age 21, of Scottsdale, AZ, beloved son of Shawn and Susan Byrne, passed away on August 25, 2012. David loved his friends, his family and lit up the room when he entered. David loved basketball and football and played both varsity sports at Cactus Shadows High School in Cave Creek, AZ. David was currently attending ASU before his sudden passing. No one was prepared for his death and the crushing loss of a son, grandson, cousin, nephew, and friend. David loved Jesus Christ and is now in his arms. He is preceded in death by his grandfather, Lawrence Byrne and leaves his grandparents, Dave and Jean Kline, his grandmother, Rose Marie Byrne, his parents, 11 aunts and uncles, and 30 cousins. David was a wonderful gift from God and we were blessed with him for 21 years.
