64 of Essex, Maryland, passed away on Sunday, September 18, 2016. Born on February 10, 1952 to LaMoyne Baker and Vera Thomas Baker. He was a retiree of Verizon. He was a member of Eastside Church of Christ and a Life Member of Middle River Volunteer Ambulance Rescue Company.
Although disabled by an Aortic Aneurism 19 ½ years ago he remained active in supporting the church by creating the weekly bulletin and member directory. He also volunteered in activities such as support of newly paralyzed patients. He is survived by his wife of 41 years, Rita Hensler Baker, his son, Jon David Baker, his parents, LaMoyne and Vera Baker, his sister Deborah Baker Williams and nephew Scott Williams as well as many cousins.
