Mr. Mullins is preceded in death by his wife Johnnie Mullins, his father James Mullins, three brothers, Hiram Mullins, Hanford Mullins and Curtis Ray Hall; one sister, Betty Mullins, and one brother in law, Cecil Meade.
Mr. Mullins is survived by his mother, Della Hall of Lincolnton, NC; three brothers, Jim Mullins and wife Patty of Springfield, OH, Terry W. Hall of Lincolnton, NC, and Jackie Hall and wife Angi of Cherryville, NC; two sisters, Beulah Meade of Martinsville, OH, and Vanessa Taggerty of Kentucky.
