David Viars age 68 of King George, Va. passed away on Wednesday December 2, 2020 at the Mary Washington Hospital in Fredericksburg, VA.
Dave is survived by his wife, Phyllis Hayden-Viars, two daughters, mother, brother, seven grandchildren, four great grandchildren, two nieces and great nieces and nephews. He is also survived by his father-in-law, Philip Hayden; best friends, James Vance and Jessie Colbert. He is predeceased by his father, Alfred Viars; brother, Kenny Viars and his mother-in-law Anna Mae Hayden.
Dave was born in Cheverly, MD on March 26, 1952. He was an avid Reskins fan, loved history and telling stories. He is retired from Mirant and also worked at Medstar Southern Maryland Hospital. He was a life member of the Charles County Volunteer Rescue Squad and VA Militia. Dave loved his children, grandchildren, great grandchildren, friends and family with all his heart.
