David Lawrence Foltz, 58 of O’Fallon, IL, born May 22, 1958 in Greenville, PA, passed away Tuesday June 28, 2016. David was a Truck Driver with Holtgrave Distributing, Inc., and a member of Teamsters Local #51. David’s passion was wood working and fixing things around the house.
He was preceded in death by his parents; Arlington & Catherine Foltz (nee, Miller), two brothers; Donald Foltz, Charles Foltz, and a sister; Ida Ketcham. He is survived by his wife; Donna L. Foltz (nee, Stoker), siblings; James Foltz, Catherine Smith, Gloria Jean Paup, Mary Strickland, Samuel Foltz, Joni LaCaze, Robert Foltz & Paul Foltz, his children; Ashley M. Foltz (Raymond Keyes), & Crystal (Zachary) Gedris, and two grandchildren; Inara Foltz, & Zachary David Gedris, and his many nieces and nephews.
