David Edward King, born October 19, 1946 to Vivian and Edward King in Junction City, Kansas passed away the afternoon of July 12th, 2008. He came to Texas via the United States Air Force post Bachelor of Science degree where he met and married Ms. Ruby Murphy. Together they made a life in Boerne from the year of 1972. David worked at UT Heath Science Center in San Antonio for 35 years and dedicated much of his free time to serving the community via his affiliation to Saint Peter”s Catholic Church and as a founding board member of the Hill Country Pregnancy Care Center. David was a loving husband, father, and friend who will be greatly missed. He is survived by his wife Ruby, sons Aaron and Jonathan, daughters Judy and Miriam, brother Reggie King, and sister Jeanie Klepper.
