David Gene Kendall 58, of Centralia passed away Tuesday, March 13, 2012 in Centralia.
David was born November 26, 1953 in Minneapolis, MN, son of David Kendall and Rosie Mae (Powell) Kendall. He married Michele (Hickman) on May 1, 1976 in Trenton and she survives in Centralia.
He is also survived by two sons: Scott Kendall and wife Amy of Centralia and Aaron Kendall and ex-wife Bobbie of Centralia; a daughter: Melissa Kay Zack and husband Mark of Centralia; 6 grandchildren: Lucas Kendall, Beth Kendall, Kaylee Kendall, Chelsea Zack, Gage Zack and Rylynn Zack; 3 brothers: Richard Kendall, Steven Kendall of Georgia, Royce Kendall and wife Annette of Sandoval; 5 sisters: Linda Homann and husband Bill of Caseyville, Faye Von Hatten and husband Don of Trenton, Kathy Lohman and husband Terry of Trenton, Diana Bell and husband Michael of Trenton, Hazel Taylor and husband Steve of Waynesville, MO; several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents, brother, Willie Kendall and his best friend, Kenny Queen. David worked at Wheaton/ Alcan Plastics for 34 years before retiring. He enjoyed fishing, gardening and riding his motorcycle. He was a member of Orchardville Church.
Most of all he loved spending time with his wife, children and grandchildren.
