David John Lopez, 46, of Middletown, passed away on Thursday, December 22, 2016 with his family by his side at Middlesex Hospital. Born in Middletown, he was the son of Jose E. Lopez and Frances Y. Perez, both of Middletown. David lived in Middletown most of his life. He was an avid fan of the New York Yankees, enjoyed cars and loved his children. Along with his parents, David is survived by three sons, Jared Lopez, Jordan Lopez, and David J. Lopez, Jr.; a daughter, Ariah Lopez; a brother, Jose I. Lopez, all of Middletown and several aunts, uncles and cousins.
