David “Dave” J. Parr, of Terre Haute, passed away Thursday May 22, 2014 at Terre Haute Regional Hospital. Dave was born June7, 1936 in Terre Haute to Jacob A. Parr and Thelma Peak Parr. Dave was the owner of Historic Motor Car’s in Terre Haute. Dave was nationally known for his upholstery restoration work on many award winning antique and classic cars. Dave enjoyed collecting a wide variety of antiques and collectibles. He enjoyed attending auctions and sales with his wife Linda.
