David Gonzales Saures passed away Dec. 24, 2012, the victim of a hit and run. He was born April 11, 1956 in Ogden, the son of Helen Marie Mestas, and Agapito Gonzales Saures. He attended Ogden City Schools, graduating from Ogden High.
He was an active member of the Lighthouse Christian Ministries Center. He was a kind and loving person with words of encouragement to everyone he met.
He is survived by his longtime companion, Nicki Rosas; 3 sons, Lucas Saures, Eli Saures, Danny Rosas; 2 daughters, Angelique and Esmarelda Saures; 1 brother, Cornelius R. Gonzales Saures; a sister, Pam Gonzales and has two lifelong friends, Caroline Lucero and Cheryl Van Drimmelen.
