David Glen Seiber 74 of Irvington died on Thursday March 14, 2013 at his home. He was born on January 4, 1939 the son of David Clyde and Laura Mae (Ghere) Seiber. He married Cecilia Joseph on December 2, 1984 in Granite City and she survives in Irvington. In addition to his wife he is survived by three sons Mike Seiber and wife Deb of Granite City, Jeff Seiber and wife Sherry of Tennessee, and Jason Steinmeyer and wife Rebecca of Irvington; he is also survived by several grandchildren and great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his father, one brother John Seiber and one sister Dorothy Seiber.David retired from Granite City Steel after 47 years as a BOF Clerk. He enjoyed bowling, watching movies, loved to sit outdoors, and enjoyed spending time with his family and friends. He was also a member of the Masonic Lodge.
