He is survived by his wife whom he married June 13, 2003, Joni Kay Powers Haley; son, Tyler Haley; step-son, Derek Valentine; step-daughters, Nikki James Lee and April Garrett; sisters, Karen Foster Wes, Linda Abrams Ron and Barbara O’Toole Terry; step-grandchildren, Nicholas McMullen, John Michael Lee and Alivia House; several nieces and nephews.
