David Ginninia Stanley, 79, of Concord, went to be with his Lord and Savior on Sunday, December 4, 2022.
Born in Cumberland County, NC on March 17, 1943, he was the son of the late Ella Mae Westbrook Thompson and Roy Thompson.
Mr. Stanley was a member of West Park Baptist Church in Rockwell. He loved the Lord and believed in truth. He retired from construction work after many years of being a carpenter. He loved life, making people laugh, and having a good time.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Gloria Stanley; son, Jeff Stanley; brother, Mackie Stanley.
Left to cherish his memory are his sons, Randy Ewing, Tony Stanley, and Woody Vincent; daughter, Angela Brim (Daniel); caretaker, Donna Miller; 13 grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren.
