David E. Soto was born to Ed (Bolo) Soto and Antonia (Toni) Soto in Denver City, Texas on July 17, 1968. A Resident of Hobbs, New Mexico, David passed away Thursday, October 25, 2018 at the age of 50. Member of the Hobbs Cycling Club, David was an avid cyclist, hunter and triathlete whom had recently completed the Baton Death March Marathon. He chartered the cycling at New Mexico State to form Zia Velo, now a major cycling team in the college. David was also a Youth Pastor and Minister for Victory Outreach.
