David George Bellerose
David “Dave” Bellerose, age 78, resident of Sparrows Point, MD, passed
away peacefully surrounded by his loving family and friends on December
18, 2022.
David was born in Haverhill, MA, on October 16, 1944, to the late
Orville and Marjorie (Masterman) Bellerose. He graduated from Haverhill
High School and went on to serve in the Marines during the Vietnam War.
In 1978, while attending a home Bible study, David met his soon to be wife,
Regina (Ginger) Gallagher Burns and her daughter Jennifer Burns.
They were married on December 10, 1978.
David studied the Word of God at Maryland Bible College and Seminary
where he was ordained as an Associate Pastor. Shortly after, he and his wife
went on to serve as Missionaries in Budapest, Hungary as well as Uzhhorod,
Ukraine. Although one would say David’s greatest loves were golf, tennis,
chess, playing his guitar and singing in the Harold Harbor music ministry, as
his wife, I would have to say, David’s joy was his children, grandchildren, bus
ministry and sharing the Gospel with all that would listen. It was not
uncommon for David to bring home the hungry, the homeless and the
brokenhearted.
He is survived by his wife of 44 years and best friend, Ginger of Chelsea, MA,
children Daniel Bellerose, Amy Bellerose Boulay, Jennifer Burns and David

and wife Valerie Bellerose. He was deeply loved by his grandchildren
Aaron, Emma, John, Lucia, and Tyson.
He was preceded by his parents, his sister and brother-in-law,
Henry and Shirley LaVoie, his brothers Kenneth Bellerose and Brian
Bellerose. He is survived by his brothers Orville Bellerose and Richard
Bellerose.
Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to join the family for a
