David C. Smith, age 80, of Medora, passed away peacefully on January 13, 2020, at Columbus Regional Hospital.
David entered this life on February 12, 1939, on the family farm in Medora. He was the loving son of Mark and Jessie (Browning), Smith. David was a graduate of Medora High School Class of 1957. On June 20, 1960, he married the love of his life, Sandra S.
Surviving to cherish his memories are his sons: Michael Smith MD, and Jeffrey Smith, two grandchildren: Morgan Smith, Nick Smith, and his fiancé Tabby, two great-grandchildren: Arrabella and Laityn Smith; and a brother, Jim Smith and his wife Ruth Ann, and sister-in-law Joann Smith.
He was preceded in death by his wife of over 40 years, Sandy, his parents, and a brother Howard (Howdy) Smith
