DAVID CHARLES FISHER, age 73, passed away on Wednesday, September 16, 2015 in Haymarket, VA. He was born on May 18, 1942 in Steubenville, Ohio to the late Frank and Lillian Jean (Erisman) Fisher. Mr. Fisher was a Veteran of the U.S. Air Force, he retired from the Town of Vienna Police Department after 28 years of service and was a member of Mineral United Methodist Church in Mineral, VA. Survivors include his loving wife of 54 years, Carolyn Welshans Fisher; three children: Tracy Warner and husband Wade, Susan Wheeler and husband Keith; and Dawn Fisher; one brother: Richard Fisher and wife Louise; four grandchildren: Amie Warner, Jacob Kincaid, Amber Warner and Jared Wheeler; one great grandchild: Marcus Warner and two nephews.
