David “Bubba” Grant, SR born August 28, 1972 gained his wings on July 8, 2020. He was preceded in death by his father, Danny Grant; brother, Dewayne Grant; grandparents, Maudell Porter, john “Carol” Porter; and stepfather, Wayne Caldwell. He is survived by his mother, Carolyn Caldwell of Dalton.
Survivors also include his wife of 16 years, Rhonda Grant of Dalton; children, Chrystal Grant of Dalton, David Grant Jr (Tessa) of Chatsworth, Seth (Nikki) Pippin of Chatsworth, Chris Pippin and James Green of Dalton; sister in law, Rebecca Grant of Flat Rock, AL. David was a proud PawPaw of JohnDavid “RJ” Grant, Greyslen Grant, Brooklyn Pippin, Austin, Brodie, Jase, and Aubree Pippin, Solomon and Riley Green. He is also survived by uncles, Randy (Mary) Porter of Dalton, Michael Porter of Chatsworth, and special uncle, Jeff Grant of Chatsworth. Long time childhood friends, Jason Keeler and Sanford Rhudy.
