David Bruce Lyons, 67, formerly of Hurt, VA and most recently of Monroe, CT died Sunday, June 3, 2018 from complications of cancer. He was born November 6, 1950, in Baltimore MD, a son of Rowland Dean Lyons and Elaine Modahl Lyons. He is predeceased by his son Jonathan Lyons, a brother, Richard Lyons and his parents, Dean and Elaine Lyons. David proudly served his country in the U.S. Navy Reserves and was a graduate of Virginia Tech.
