David Boulware, 70, died unexpected during surgery in Indianapolis on Monday, Dec 23, 2013. He was married to his wife Carole for 49 years. They were high school sweethearts that met at Hazelwood High School in St. Louis, Missouri and were married while he attended the University of Missouri School of Mines in Rolla. The couple have lived in Anderson since 1967 where Dave worked for Delco Remy for 31 years. Their daughter, Christine, lives in Loveland, Ohio and works for Cintas Corporation. Their son Paul is married to Heather Aubrey and lives in Pendleton, Indiana. Paul works for the Anderson Police Department and Heather works at Dr Mark Fulton’s Dental Office. Their two sons are Austin a senior at Pendleton Heights High School where he played football and Kannin a sixth grader at Pendleton East Elementary School where he plays percussion in the Beginner Band. Their son James is married to Cari Dachille and lives in Evansville, Indiana. James works for Orthopedic Associates, Inc. and Cari works for Evansville Bosse High School. Their son Carson is a pre-schooler that loves to play with toys and watch cartoons. Dave loved his family and cherished every moment spent being “Papaw” to his 3 grandsons. He also celebrated every opportunity to play golf with both friends and family at Killbuck Golf Course in Anderson. Dave was preceded in death by his parents Lezzeta Rose Boulware and Willis Hardin Boulware; and by his sister, Judy Weinrich.
