Daryl S. Watson, 49, of Freeport, died Monday, October 8, 2007, at his home. Born September 21, 1958 in Freeport he was the son of Robert and LaVonne (Larson) Watson. He married Dixie Feuerborn in July of 2004.
Daryl worked for Monroe Trucking Equipment in Monroe, Wisconsin. He was an avid woodworker who enjoyed football, car racing, and most of all spending time with his family.
Surviving is his wife, Dixie; his parents, Robert and LaVonne Watson all of Freeport; two daughters, Alicia and Heather Watson of Metropolis; two sisters, Debra (Michael) Viotti of Cottonwood, Arizona and Diana Sneek of Freeport; one brother, Robert (Roxine) Watson of Freeport; his step children, Jeff Whetsel of Freeport and Dezirae Zook of Chippewa Falls, Wisconsin; and three step grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his grandparents; three uncles; and one brother.
