Daryel Ray Richardson Sr., 58 years of age, made his grand entrance into this world on March 31, 1962 in Monroeville, as the oldest child of the late George Ray Richardson and Ida Mae Richardson. The Lord allowed him to enjoy the benefit of becoming a husband, father, grandfather, brother, and friend to many. On Dec. 18, 2020 Daryel transitioned from this life.
Daryel was well known for his hard work and dedication as a scaffolding supervisor for many, many years at Alabama River Plant under several companies, which concluded with Brand Safeway Solutions.
He was preceded in death by his father; sister, Wanda Renee Richardson; son, Daryel Ray Richardson Jr.; and son-in-law, Andrae R. Green.
He will forever be remembered and loved by his devoted and loving wife of 36 years, Dorothy A. Richardson; his children, Darryl Dewayne Kemp, Quinton Bracy, Nicholas (Charlea) Brown, Nakita (Marvin) McCants, Chiquina Richardson, Cortney (Andre) Anderson, Ladarrius Richardson and Mariah Richardson; several precious grandchildren; mother, Ida M. Richardson; two sisters, Cynthia (Gus) Wiggins and Lora Ann Leggett; brother, George A. Richardson; with a host of cousins, nieces, nephews, other relatives and close friends.
