Darris Boyd Brantley, age 81 of South Rockwood, passed away Saturday, November 21, 2020 at Beaumont Trenton June 17, 1939 in Arthur, Tennessee, Darris was the son of McKinzie and Delia (Edwards) Brantley. He married the love of his life, Linda R. Winter, on January 21, 1966. Darris worked as a Machinist for Dodge and Dodge in South Rockwood until his retirement. He had been a member of the Free and Accepted Masons. Darris enjoyed woodworking and small engine repair.Darris leaves to cherish his memory, Linda, his wife of the past 54 years; children: Charlene (Nadeem) Aslam, Kelly (Lori) Brantley; six grandchildren: Zack, Aleena, Jack, Steven, Matthew, and Rachel; as well as two siblings: Lucielle Manning and James Brantley. Sadly he was preceded in death by his parents, two siblings: Sue Hostager, McKinzie Brantley Jr. and one daughter: Karen (Brantley) Hawes.
