Darlene K. (Foley) Janusick, 83, of Lostant, passed away at 9:27 p.m., Monday, December 21, 2009 at Hertiage Manor Nursing Home in Peru. Mrs. Janusick was born April 17, 1926 in Spring Valley, to Thomas and Marie (Lenhausen) Foley.
She married Raymond Janusick on February 20, 1946 in Leonore, he passed away on May 17, 2001. She was the co-owner and operator of Janusick Auction Service in Lostant, she also farmed with her husband for many years. She was a member of St. John the Baptist Church, Alter and Rosary Society and a board member of the Lostant Public Library. She is survived by her son Paul (Linda) Janusick of Lostant; daughter Linda (Earl) Littlebrant of Lostant; 4 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her parents, husband Raymond and 2 brothers.
